Tiny men's underwear are a trademark for Ulises, a muscular male fitness model from Panama (check out and example of his earlier sexy male model shots here). During my most recent visit to Panama, I did my second photo shoot with this handsome Latino male model, and he posed for his first time in a series of sexy, artistic male nude photos.
