INTERVIEW: Bradley Aubry, Musclemania Pro Natural Bodybuilder

A Musclemania Pro Natural bodybuilder, Bradley Aubry is also the owner of a health and wellness business called Versafit Wellness. "Modeling is a new interest of mine," he says in his profile on Modelmayhem. "It expresses your personality, hard work (physique) and unique look through a picture." 

In this exclusive MALE MODEL INTERVIEW, Bradley — who was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky of Haitian descent and is now based in Tampa, Florida — shares his own secrets to success, both in muscular development and achieving personal life goals.

At what age did you begin bodybuilding? 
I got into bodybuilding at the age of 16 years old, when we were stationed in Africa.
 

 
What do you think are your best body parts? 
My best body part is my shoulders.
 

People must look up to you because of your impressive physical form. How does it feel to be admired for the great work you've done with your body? 
First, I want to say thank you for the gracious compliment. I am a very humble guy, so I get very flattered when I know people admire and look up to me, because I have built a certain physique that most think is only achievable through steroids. In this position, I have started to encourage and support those that want to build a physique like a body builder to do it naturally. It’s really the most logical way to do it.

What advice would you give to anyone just starting out with a fitness regimen? 
The most important advice that I could give a client working with me is to make sure that their mindset is positive and ready to for change. Your thoughts create the final product, and if your mental thoughts are not aligned with your goals, then it is very contradictory. We are whole beings, and the body, mind, soul all have to be in balance to accomplish goals and maintain them.
