Russell: Sports on the Beach

There's an awful lot you can do to keep in shape on the beach. Buffalo-based male model and athlete Russell Scheiss joined me for a beautiful shoot on the shores of Lake Ontario, showing off his skills playing football, frisbee, swimming and volleyball. Be sure to check out the video, where you'll see the tips he gets from his friend, fellow model Nicholas; and they also clown around quite a bit (you'll even get to see Russell's "Scarface" act).
